These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of SMS (text message) voicemail
notifications provided by ZetoPhone, a service operated by ZetoTech (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Service Description
ZetoPhone offers optional SMS voicemail notifications to alert users when a new voicemail
message is received on their phone system. Voicemail audio is not transmitted via SMS.
2. Opt-In Consent
By entering your mobile phone number and enabling SMS voicemail notifications, you provide
express consent to receive SMS messages from ZetoPhone. Message frequency varies based on
voicemail activity. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.
3. Opt-Out & Cancellation
You may opt out at any time by removing your phone number from your ZetoPhone settings or
replying STOP to any message, where applicable.
4. Message Frequency & Charges
Standard message and data rates may apply. ZetoPhone is not responsible for carrier fees.
5. Carrier Support & Delivery
SMS delivery depends on carrier availability and network conditions. Delivery is not guaranteed.
6. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid mobile phone number.
7. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with the ZetoTech Privacy Policy. Phone numbers are not sold
or shared for marketing purposes.
8. Service Modifications
ZetoPhone may modify or discontinue this service or update these Terms at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
ZetoPhone is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages or missed voicemails due to SMS
issues.
